Немедленная и Досрочная нагрузка у частично беззубых пациентов

Description:

Xavier; I think this has been done already and can work very well especially with CadCam technologies and Optical Scanning. Dr. Salama

Sinus Lift & Immediate Implant Placement: "The Easy Protocol" Premium Member Content

Sinus Lift & Immediate Implant Placement: "The Easy Protocol"
Sinus lift is still a common procedure in 2017. Many alternative techniques to sinus lift have been published to avoid invading this anatomical space, such as tilted implants with angled prosthetic abutments, extra short implants, distal pontic cantilever, zygomatic or tuberosity implant placements. However, many situations like highly pneumatized sinus for single missing tooth, extreme atrophic areas at posterior sites, etc. will necessary have to be solved performing sinus lift techniques to regenerate the missing alveolar bone and this alternative options cannot be taken.

Crestal Sinus Approach: A Hammerless Solution to the Indirect Sinus Lift Premium Member Content

Crestal Sinus Approach: A Hammerless Solution to the Indirect Sinus Lift
Posterior maxillary dental implant reconstruction for advanced alveorlar ridge atrophy has become possible through bone grafting procedures involving the maxillary sinus. This procedure involves augmentation of either the internal or external aspects of the sinus, or both. Bone grafting of the external aspect is performed with guided bone regeneration, using allogenic, autogenous, cortical, or corticocancellous grafts, as well as growth factors such as PRF as onlays with immediate or delayed implant placement. With the advent of new surgical techniques and equipment, sinus augmentation has become a predictable and efficient treatment. This presentation will focus on the internal, hammerless approach.

Zygomatic Implants in the Treatment of Fully Edentulous Patients Premium Member Content

Zygomatic Implants in the Treatment of Fully Edentulous Patients
This presentation aims to bring some possibilities in the treatment of edentulous patients with a severe atrophic maxilla. The major problem is that the absence of an appropriate bone bed, will compromise any approach with bone grafts and substitutes, as well as involving a greater morbidity and treatment time. In this way the oral rehabilitation with zygomatic implants is a current need for many patients, which will require a scientific knowledge of the dental care professional. Through this slide show and video demonstration you will be able to recognize and diagnose cases recommended for the therapy with zygomatic implants and its possible configurations supporting an oral rehabilitation.

Immediate Implant Provisionalization: A Critical Aspect in Tissue Care and Esthetics-Part 1 of 2
The management of the hopeless tooth or an edentulous span in the Estheitc Zone is amongst the most clinically demanding procedures in tooth replacement do to the demands of tissue preservation and patient management during the healing phase. As important as the implant surgical process in these areas is the role of the immediate provisional restoration. A step-by-step protocol will be presented in how to fabricate the proper screw-retained provisional restoration from the fabrication of the acrylic shell to managing and capturing the proper supportive subgingival contour.

Maximizing Aesthetics on Adjacent Implants and Full Arch Reconstructions
The beauty in implant dentistry is that every case is an individual challenge. An ideal implant treatment uses procedures , techniques, materials and technologies that leads fast and on the shortest way to a maximize aesthetic result. This is our goal, in every clinical case, from single tooth replacement to full arch reconstructions.

Biologic Width Adjacent to Loaded Implant with Machined and Rough Collars in the Dog

Biologic Width Adjacent to Loaded Implant with Machined and Rough Collars in the Dog
Dental implant surface technology has evolved from a relatively smooth machined implant surface for osseointegration to more roughened osteoconductive surfaces. Recent studies suggest that peri-implant soft tissue inflammation with progressive bone loss (ie peri-implantitis) is becoming a prevalent condition. One possibility that could explain sucha a finding is that more bacterial plaque forms on the roughened implant and abutment surfaces, which may result in the peri-implant inflammation if the soft tissues. This study compared 36 tissue-level implants with a machined transmucosal collar to 36 implants with a relatively roughened transmucosal surface in the dog. The results demonstrated that the connective tissue contact was similar between the two implant types but that the junctional epithelium and biologic width dimensions were greater around the implants with the machined collars...

Immediate Occlusal Loading of Osseotite Implants in the Lower Edentulous Jaw
Objective: This paper reports the results of a prospective multicenter clinical study on immediately fully occlusally loaded full-arch screw-retained prostheses with distal extensions (hybrid prostheses) supported by Osseotite implants inserted in edentulous lower jaws. Method and material: Sixty-two patients were enrolled in four clinical centers. Three hundred and twenty-five Osseotite implants were inserted and occlusally loaded according to an immediate loading protocol. The temporary…
