Last Frontier in Esthetic Prosthetic Gingival Reconstruction on the Implant Restoration - Part 1
Description:
This program is an alternate perspective into how "esthetics-driven" implant dentistry has evolved, and why today it is often essential to combine "pink" and "white" prosthetic replacement to achieve that optimal result. This change in philosophical approach involving gingival colored restoratives, incorporates a new modus operandi and treatment planning for implant cosmetics in the esthetic zone in the presence of ridge deficiencies. Preemptive planning of soft and hard tissue grafts, implant placement, ridge reduction and restorative design now utilize definitively specific protocols for these type of prosthetic gingival restorations.

Innovative Sequencing for Interdisciplinary Aesthetic Treatment
Smile enhancement therapy has become an important facet of the everyday aesthetic practice. Aesthetic evaluation utilizing facial aesthetic design to diagnose tooth position demands effective communication between the periodontal-restorative team.
This presentation will review innovative sequencing techniques for interdisciplinary cases which require aesthetic crown lengthening for the treatment of excessive gingival display, and for gingival augmentation for root coverage, and the correction of poor gingival quality. Immediate implant placement with immediate non–loaded provisional fabrication will also be reviewed.

Crown Lengthening & Esthetic Upgrades Using M.Vision Digital Workflow
During last 10 years dentistry changed a lot. Practices around the world implement digital technologies in everyday practice. Modern digital approach in M.Vision clinic during smile makeover will be demonstrated step y step. You will see 3D planning stage, crown lengthening procedure, transfer of mock-up, preparation with microscope, intra oral scanning procedures, lab steps, isolation and bonding procedures. Also we will raise a discussion of new technologies (scanners, milling machines, 3D printers) possibilities.

Prosthetic Gingival Reconstruction in a Fixed Partial Restoration - Part 1: Introduction to Artificial Gingiva as an Alternative Therapy
The Class III defect environment entails a vertical and horizontal deficiency in the endentulous ridge. Often, bone and soft tissue surgical procedures fall short of achieving a natural esthetic result. Alternative surgical and restorative protocols for these types of prosthetic gingival restorations are presented in this three-part series, which highlights the diagnostic and treatment aspects as well as the lab and maintenance challenges involved.

The Centripetal Build-Up for Composite Resin Posterior Restorations
This paper introduces a new technique for creating Class II posterior composite restorations - the centripetal build-up. This technique replaces the lost tooth structure from the periphery towards the center of the cavity, thereby achieving better marginal adaptation to the gingival floor. Since overfilling is rare, rotary finishing is minimized. This method allows the creation of long-term aesthetic posterior composite restorations, while utilizing conventional auxiliary (ie, metal matrix bands…
