There can always be difficulties in determining the osseointegration status when an implant is to be loaded with the prosthesis. Nevertheless, it is vital to know whether the implant is stable. Research today demonstrates that implants can be subject to immediate or early loading, but there were no objective standard methods of determining implant stability which will be very helpful criteria for immediate or early loading.
In this lecture, the current scientific loading criteria and decision making process for the immediate or early loading will be presented with clinical cases and reliable scientific data such as Resonance Frequency Analysis, implant design that reinforced stability, Insertion torque value, evaluation of bone density and patient’s parafunction.
Dr. Park and his colleagues are dedicated to finding and promoting a reliable and scientifically viable protocol for loading implant in more predictable time frame

Root Fracture During Insertion of Prefabricated Posts
The consequence of inappropriate post selection and/ or hasty insertion can result in tooth fracture and/or loss. It has been demonstrated that conical or parallel sided post design has a direct effect on root fracture during post insertion. However, during experimentation it became apparent that root size and its relationship to post size had a direct effect on root fracture. This article correlates root size, post size, and fracture rate during insertion of prefabricated posts.

Root submergence technique as a partial extraction therapy to preserve the alveolar ridge tissues: A systematic review and appraisal of the literature
The loss of alveolar ridge volume as a result of tooth
extraction has been noted in the literature since the 1960s.1-3
The full extent of why this happens is still not entirely understood,4 with a widely accepted explanation for the loss relating to factors that include trauma the extraction socket as a wound sees upregulation of inflammatory processes, resultant activation of osteoclastic activity, resorption of the extraction socket, and an eventual healing that
typically results in loss of tissue volume and architecture.5
Second, bundle boned removal of the tooth results in periodontal ligament (PDL) fibers being severed, loss of Sharpey fibers that insert into bundle bone, and a subsequent loss of the mineralized bone layer that lines the alveolus.4-6 At the buccal or facial aspect, the bone plate may consist entirely of bundle bone.
