Michael; Yes, see you in Boston next month. Too bad you could not join us in Synergy in Orlando this week. I did not weld the lingual to the labial PLLA membranes. I did them independently and then placed a resorbable collagen barrier over the top as a "BOX" technique. This is a standard process. Thanks for your question and interest. regards Dr. Salama

Just found this video and looking into Sonicweld-great case!
Question-with the lingual membrane, did you weld the lingual membrane to facial membrane or over the pins?
I am looking forward to Boston next month!

Pravin and r t; We do not need to remove the pins and we do place either a pericardium membrane or CTG over the top. Thanks Dr. Salama

3.What is the difference between ti mesh and sonic weld mesh?

Tatyana; I placed the bone graft which was BMP-2 mixed 50:50 with Mineralized irradiated bone particles and then set the PLA membrane over the bone graft. Hope that helps.
