Dear Band, Cinically I dont't care about the size of pore. The pore siz is 0.8mm in this case. Ths mesh is from Neobiotech.

This presentation highlights the placement of 2 implants in a large 3D Vertical & Horizontal defect in the anterior maxilla. The defect is treated by utilizing a mix of autogenous bone harvested using Auto-bone collector and cortical-cancellous particulate Allograft. The mix is then secured by a customized 3D pre-formed titanium membrane followed by "labial contour" augmentation of the defect which is then secured by a rigid absorbable collagen membrane to create and maintain space. This will protect the graft and help stabilize the blood clot during the critical healing time. This membrane is fixed by bone tacks for stability. The final results showing good healing of the soft and hard tissues is displayed.

Current Concepts for the Preservation of the Post-Extraction Alveolar Ridge
Different techniques have been presented in literature in order to preserve the post-extraction site; including the use of barrier membranes, tri-dimensional matrix and bone fillers. An “open-healing” approach is nowadays commonly used, combining a proper management of soft tissues with biological integration of biomaterials. Once hard tissue has been successfully augmented, an adequate soft tissue thickness becomes mandatory in order to create healthy and stable peri-implant tissues. An innovative volume-stable collagen matrix provides the opportunity to treat soft tissue defects around implants as an alternative to connective tissue graft.

The Modified IVAN Technique: Hard and Soft Tissue Augmentation at Extraction for Delayed Implant Placement
Failure of a natural tooth may not permit placement of an implant at the time of extraction due to insufficiency in available bone to house the implant. Reconstruction of the extraction socket frequently involves both hard and soft tissue augmentation to provide a site that can house the implant and ridge contours that mimic the adjacent natural anatomy. This situation becomes more problematic in the maxillary anterior due to the anatomy and the lower density of the bone of the premaxilla. The solution is the interpositional vascularized augmentation neogenesis (IVAN), which consists of hard tissue grafts, various barrier membranes, and closure with the pediculated connective tissue graft (PCTG). The modified IVAN (mIVAN) technique achieves the necessary goals and may be used in both delayed and immediate placement situations.

Physical And Chemical Properties Of Commercially Available Mineralized Bone Allograft
Bone graft materials are critical to the success of dental implants when there is a need to increase the volume of bone in a defect. The surface properties of these graft materials will have a profound impact on the outcome of the graft procedure. The clinician has many choices of bone graft substitutes when augmenting bony deficits. Allograft bone is the most widely used class of bone graft substitutes. Within this class there are a number of different bone allografts, which are manufactured utilizing widely varying processing techniques. There also appears to be a wide range of results in the published literature across the spectrum of different bone allografts. This in-vitro study evaluated chemical and surface properties of five different commercially available mineralized bone allografts.
