In this short vignette, Dr. Michael Gelb outlines his clinical approach to integrating the treatment of Temporomandibular disorders (TMD) as well as headache and sleep therapy into a comprehensive approach to dental health and overall wellness. In addition, Dr. Gelb discusses new definitions and perspectives on the position of "centric relationship" and their effect on the management of occlusal and muco-skeletal dysfunction. Mandibular repositioning diagnostics are also discussed.
