Nasri, I am using AccuFilm II (Black and Red) by Parkell. I use the black in all excursions and and then the red ...so if I am checking centric with an acquired position and then CO I can make exact determination with the red...since the black may overextend the area...especially in centric contacts. If it is a small restoration I will just use the red. I hope this clears it up for you.

Thanks for the presentation Doctor! I would like to ask You about the articulator paper. I notice that some ask the patients to bite on it only, and some other to bite on it and then in CO, they must move the Mandible a bit! So, I would like to have your opinion about it? thanks a lot in advance, and sorry for a question which is not related to the presentation. Greeting from Germany.

I just had another molar sealant fail after 6 years and it looked perfect until I used the Intraoral camera in high magnification which showed a tiny leak...when I went in with air abrasion it opened up to a very large cavity NOT seen on the xray so please use the intraoral camera under high magnification on these old sealants.

I forgot to mention that Richard Simonsen has a very good editorial one sealants in his magazine, Esthetic Dentistry, published by Quintessence. The two of us lectured together in Madrid over 15 years ago when I advocated doing what this video shows....and since Dr. Simonsen was and is the authority on sealants it is now so fitting that he is emphasizing not sealing over possible caries.

Predictable and repeatable results can be achieved through materials and clinical practices that, on one hand, preserve the original structure of the compromised tooth and, on the other hand, involve a very low biologic price. This lecture aims to point out the relevant guidelines in both direct and indirect techniques for esthetic restorations through the evaluation of techniques and materials in order to reach correct, standardized and long lasting evidence based clinical results.

Smile Transformations Through Composite Restorations
In today’s esthetic conscious society, to obtain ideal results, the dentist must have a thorough understanding of the patient’s desires, economic concerns, and esthetic expectations. The objective of this course is to help the practitioner successfully select and combine different treatment modalities and materials to achieve outstanding esthetic and functional results without committing the patient to the high biologic and financial cost of indirect porcelain restorations. Multiple clinical cases will be used to demonstrate the versatility of today’s composite materials and their advantages over porcelain restorations in both anterior and posterior situations.

Prosthetic Gingival Reconstruction in a Fixed Partial Restoration - Part 1: Introduction to Artificial Gingiva as an Alternative Therapy
The Class III defect environment entails a vertical and horizontal deficiency in the endentulous ridge. Often, bone and soft tissue surgical procedures fall short of achieving a natural esthetic result. Alternative surgical and restorative protocols for these types of prosthetic gingival restorations are presented in this three-part series, which highlights the diagnostic and treatment aspects as well as the lab and maintenance challenges involved.
