Course Overview
Dental Implants have become one of the most predictable therapies in dentistry today. Dental Implants are planned guided by a Prosthetic and Surgical analysis and they always require a Maintenance Therapy by which they can be kept in ideal biology, function and esthetics. The purpose of this seminar is to review the basic and most important aspects to consider in order to achieve a complete Implant Maintenance Therapy. Several factors which play a direct role in the Implant Maintenance Therapy will be reviewed, as well as key information in the management of implants on a long term. Flow charts of how to take decisions on certain Implant scenarios will be presented, as well a a clinical guideline of how to perform and follow an Implant Maintenance Therapy.
