I would appreciate your expertise on this CT scan. I have placed a bone graft in December on #18 and due to the proximity to the IAN canal I did not currette the socket very aggressively.

When the patient returned for follow up it showed fibrous encapsulation around the graft and I was hoping to get advise on how to handle the case.
