Thank you Dr Kazemi for this nice video but I think that gutta percha will produce less radiographic noise in the CBCT than barium sulfate. You can either place gutta percha markers in the center of the tooth in the stent or fill it with thermoplasticized gutta percha like obtura for example. Thank you

Immediate tooth replacement therapy has become a mainstream treatment modality for single tooth implants in the esthetic zone. The balance between achieving primary stability, implant diameter, and gap distance is a delicate dance yet essential for survival and esthetics. However, esthetic risks and complications exist such as apical socket perforation, loss of labial plate thickness over time, and loss of the interdental papilla due to proximity issues with tooth-to-implant distance following placement. An inverted body-shift implant design concept as solutions to these challenges will be presented and supported by studies that scientifically supports, validates, and reinforces the biologic principles in design that ultimately enhances esthetic outcomes in modern day implantology.

Placings implants in the anterior maxilla can be a challenging treatment, since these are esthetically demanding cases. To achieve esthetic results which are similar to the natural tooth, first an understanding of the resorption process must be understood. Does residual cement around implant-supported restorations cause peri-implant disease? A retrospective case analysis
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between patients with a history of periodontitis and development of cement-related peri-implant disease. Seventy-seven patients with 129 implants for this retrospective analysis were selected from completed implant cases that were scheduled for regular maintenance or had experienced mechanical or biological complications between years 2006 and 2011 in private practice. Implants with extracoronal residual cement and implants without cement remnants were analyzed.
