В теории, каждая стоматологическая реабилитация должна быть больше приближена к многопрофильной лечению. К сожалению, довольно часто лечение , включающее различные особенности, может разочаровывать , и взаимодействие между ними может привести к дополнительным проблемам вместо дополнительных решений.
Неправильное воздействие даже самого современного лечения в каждой дисциплине может привести к пустой трате времени и денег. Оптимальное многопрофильное или междисциплинарное управление должно максимизировать результаты лечения благодаря накопленным знаниям и опыту. В то же время вы минимизируйте недостатки которые могут возникнуть во время лечения. Знание основных принципов лечения и возможность взаимодействия между различными дисциплинами хорошо послужат дантисту , так как он сможет обеспечить своим клиентам всесторонний подход и будет в состоянии разработать и показать их им будущий план лечения .

Maurice it is really hard to give a real percentage. I would just say that there are conditions where ortho is absolutely mandatory, however my approach is always to ask myself if tx can be performed without something rather than to include it. In a complex case I think we should always strive to make it simple as possible. So I think that less than 50% of complex cases may require ortho (but again "complex cases" is really a broad definition...)
